Let's see what I've done lately...hmmm...nothing of consequence it seems...
So I haven't written (or I guess, uh, "posted" as it were) in a while. Sorry. I don't have a computer and don't really have access to one unless I go the library either on campus or public. I'll try and remember what I've done recently. I've been working a whole lot at Idaho Camera. There have been lots of people on vacations so I have been working more than the 20 hours a week that my boss and I originally agreed upon. I also worked for Joel for a few days the other week. That was...a party... Other than work, I hang out with my roommates quite a bit (as is evident by the pictures below). I find us parties to go to, and they make sure their schedules allow for such parties. I work on my calling, attend my church meetings, and we have the missionaries over nearly every Sunday (it has just seemed to work out that way for some reason). I haven't really been to a whole lot of movies lately. I did however see "Across the Universe." DO NOT GO SEE IT. I had to walk out it was so dirty. Unfortunately, the guys I was with did not walk out, so I sat in the lobby alone for a while until it ended. Losers.
I don't watch a whole lot of TV, and we pretty much just watch movies on Sunday (this past Sunday we treated ourselves to "The Land Before Time"). I cook a lot. And I mean A LOT. I'm trying to get things ready for the recipe book I'm making, so I'm cooking a majority of the things in it. I still would like the recipes I asked from the s of the family, even if you don't have time to make them. Anyway, since I cook a ton, there are always guys over to help us eat the meals. The serving sizes in the family recipe book are WAY too much for four s to eat. We lived off that chicken divan for three days.
In case you guys were wondering, yes, I am definitely going to culinary school in January. I'm really excited for it. Whenever I tell people that I'm planning on eventually opening up a bakery in downtown Boise, they are always so excited and, of course, offer a million suggestions. I only hope I can accommodate them all. Anyway, writing this has reminded me that I need to work on that cookbook. I'm out.
